George Bush Intercontinental Airport sits about 23 miles north of downtown Houston and has five terminals, A through E. Our branch is south of the terminals at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott on John F Kennedy Blvd, the road that runs between Beltway 8 and the airport.
The hotel shuttle picks up from Terminals A, B and C only, so if your flight arrives at Terminal D or E, plan to make your way to one of those three first. Some routes near the airport, including the Hardy Toll Road, charge tolls, so ask about toll options at the counter. Before your return flight, allow time to drop off your car at the branch and take the shuttle back to your terminal.

Arriving at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) by air: our branch is at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott, and the free hotel shuttle will bring you to us. When you have your bags and are ready for pickup, call (281) 271-5660 and choose option 2 to request the SpringHill Suites airport shuttle, then wait at the door for your terminal:
Terminal A: Door 115
Terminal B: Door 103
Terminal C: Door 105
Please note: the shuttle does not pick up from Terminals D and E.
Returning your car:
Return your car to the DriveMore branch and take the free shuttle back to the airport.

Rental Policies
These terms apply to every DriveMore rental in the United States.
Additional Driver
Any additional driver needs to be present when collecting the vehicle to be added on the agreement as an authorized driver. All subsequent extra drivers must also adhere to our general policy and must be at least 21 years of age. In no event shall the vehicles be used, operated or driven by any person other than the renter or an authorized driver.
Age Requirement
The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 years old. The renter or additional driver must have held a valid driver’s license for one year. Renters and additional drivers under the age of 25 are subject to a surcharge fee and can only rent economy to full-size cars. For certain specialty and larger-sized vehicles, a minimum age of 25 applies.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Collision Damage Waiver can be purchased at the rental counter for $19.00 to $29.00 per day, depending on the rental duration. All renters wishing to use their own insurance must provide proof of coverage on pick-up.
Driver’s License Information
The primary piece of identification required to rent a vehicle with DriveMore is a valid driver’s license. International customers, or anyone using a non-US driver’s license, must provide a secondary form of ID such as a valid passport, government-issued ID card or international license.
Points and endorsements: minor offenses such as speeding or traffic signals are acceptable up to a maximum of 6 points. If you have any bans or convictions in the last 5 years please call us before making a reservation.
Local Renter Requirements
All local renters, or any renter without a round trip confirmation airline ticket, will be required to show proof of a current automobile comprehensive, collision and liability insurance policy in the renter’s name covering injury to third persons or property. In addition, local renters may be asked for a recent cell phone bill or other official utility bill, dated within 3 months of the rental pickup, matching their respective driver’s license address.
Renters traveling on official government business, on military leave, or with an approved CID number are exempt from the local renter policy. Failure to show an acceptable policy will result in the rental being declined.
Local renter vehicle exclusions: local renters are limited to renting the following car classes and sizes, Compact (BA), Intermediate (CA), Full size (DA), Intermediate SUV (DAE), Minivan (MZA) and Van (MX).
