DriveMore Tampa Airport Rental Branch
Tampa International Airport sits about six miles west of downtown Tampa. Its central Landside Terminal handles check-in and baggage claim, and four airsides, A, C, E and F, connect to it by automated people mover. Our branch is on West Cypress Street, about 2.5 miles south of the terminal by road.
Reaching the branch is a two-step trip: the SkyConnect train from the Landside Terminal to the Rental Car Center, then the free DriveMore shuttle, which loops the airport every 20 to 30 minutes. Several local roads, including the Selmon Expressway and the Veterans Expressway, use cashless tolling, so ask about toll options at the counter. Before your return flight, allow time to drop off your car at the branch and ride back to the airport.
